Let’s start from the beginning!

Our goal at Be Your Best PT is to utilize both skills and passion for rehabilitating each person focusing on the whole body from head to toe and floor (pelvic) to floor (foot). We aim to bridge the gap between physical therapists and personal trainers and our dream is to build a village of people who can come together to strengthen, laugh, cry, support one another and build a community together. Come join one of our treatment and fitness programs and see the difference for yourself.

  • Owner, Pelvic Floor Specialist, Physical Therapist

I am a licensed physical therapist who has a passion for pelvic health. After receiving my doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University I continued on to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) as well as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). With over 12 years of experience in physical therapy I utilized both skills and passion in every treatment. My passion for pelvic health, orthopedic health and fitness grew after delivery of my own daughter and my desire is to strengthen each person with an individualized program that not only focuses on strength but function.

  • Personal Trainer

I am a personal trainer through NASM, a certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Level 1 participant in The Female Athlete: Core & Pelvic Floor, and am a certified mat pilates instructor. I am a wife and a mother to four amazing children. My goal is to help you train in functional movement patterns, with a focus on reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor muscles. Whether you are leaking while exercising or during everyday life, suffering from core disconnection or diastasis recti, or you have specific fitness or weight loss goals, I would love to help you strengthen and improve your overall health, while teaching you cues to assist in connecting with your body.

  • I am a physical therapist with a passion for enabling individuals to live life to their fullest potential. I have specialized training in pelvic floor physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association as well as a doctorate degree for USC. I have also enjoyed a 15 year career as a professional ballerina, which included tour globally, as well as teaching dance classes to a wide variety of ages. Throughout my life I have always found joy in helping others learn to achieve their goals and reach their highest potential.

Motivation comes from within — and we are here to help you activate it.
